San Diego River Park Clean Up

The Gothic Volunteer Alliance has been working with the San Diego River Park Foundation to help clean and maintain this vital urban waterway.

Location: San Diego River East. Volunteers will meet at the grassy area near the Quiki Oil Change location at 4232 Camino Del Rio North 92108.

The San Diego River passes through some of the densest urban areas in the county and is subject to illegal dumping and pollution. Join the Clean and Green Team as we clean up the river east of Qualcomm Stadium. You will be surprised at how rewarding and fun a few short hours can be when spent making a difference in the great outdoors.. No experience is necessary and all training, supplies, and tools are provided. All you need to do is wear clothes that can get a little dirty and closed-toe shoes. We also recommend a hat and sunscreen be worn.
